Ingredients:

  • 1 batch of cornbread (homemade or store-bought)

  • 1 cup corn kernels

  4. Add diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, ground cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
